Manufactured in traditional Korean style, these elmwood accent pieces include hardware of brass or iron. The many-drawered medicine chests were originally used as herbal depositories and are still marked with herbal calligraphy. The step tansus--especially the larger ones--formerly served as household storage cabinets but now make elegant room dividers.
